Retired Police Chief Robert A. DeMoura served as Chief of Police for the City of Fitchburg, Massachusetts from 2008-2014. Retired Chief DeMoura also served as Interim Chief of Police for the towns of Shirley and Townsend, Massachusetts.
Mr. DeMoura began his 35+ year law enforcement career as a police officer rising through the ranks as a patrol officer, Investigator, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain and Deputy Superintendent for the Lowell, Massachusetts Police Department.
Retired Chief DeMoura also served as Commanding Officer of the Crime Scene Services Unit for the North Eastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (NEMLEC). He has lectured as an Adjunct Professor for Criminal Justice at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and attended the Senior Executive Program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Retired Chief DeMoura has served as an Associate Assessor for Integrity Testing, LLC, a company organized and developed to administer Assessment Center tests throughout New England. His “through the ranks” service, considerable experience as Chief of Police and recent turn as an evaluator of Assessment Center test candidates makes him unconditionally qualified to coach those seeking to excel throughout the Assessment Center testing process.
